The Park City inventory problems continue this week as we drop to a new record low of 719 total Residential and Land listings for sale. Contracts are being written (98 this week) faster than the inventory (69 New Listings this week) can be replaced. So far this year we have written more than twice as many contracts (595 vs. 285) as we did last year through week 7.
