As the couple prepares for the arrival of their third child, John Legend and Chrissy Teigen look to sell their Beverly Hills mansion.
The 8,250 square foot house, which has been a shelter for the family during the global pandemic, was formerly owned by music star Rhianna, who sold the house in 2016.
Following their purchase of the estate, Legend and his family hired Don Stewart, a long-time associate and friend, to redesign the property. The house, which formally catered to a minimalist design, has since been renovated to look and feel warmer and more accessible.
Among the renovations is a fully redesigned kitchen, featured prominently on Tiegen’s social media where the star frequently posts cooking videos. The kitchen features three ovens, two stovetops and a large island, perfect for presenting the flavor pallets presented on Tiegan’s instagram.
Of course, the house also currently features Legend’s iconic grand piano in the great room, accompanied by a fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows looking out onto a beautiful canyon.
Each of the seven bedrooms feature private balconies and bathrooms. The master bedroom features an awe-inspiring glam room, and dressing room, along with a fireplace and balcony, accompanied by a jaw-dropping view of the valley.
In addition to the main bedrooms, there is also a grand home-theater room and a large gym perfect for quarantine workouts.
On the outside, the house is equally as beautiful. The outdoor kitchen and dining room is saturated with greenery, surrounding a roundtable covered by a wooden canopy. In addition, there is also a salt-water pool and hottub.
