Scuol is home to the Motta Naluns ski resort, where multiple lifts transport skiers and snowboarders up the mountains.

Other regional activities include touring the 11th-century Tarasp Castle, hiking, rafting on the Inn River and exploring museums.

The hamlet is connected to the rest of the country by train. The nearest airport is the regional Samedan Airport in St. Moritz, about 53 miles away. International flights are available in Zurich, about 110 miles to the northeast.
