SCOTTSDALE, AZ – Scottsdale-based Casago, a leading vacation rental and property management company, has been named as the official onsite property manager for Encántame Towers. Located on the stunning beaches of Playa Encanto, a 15-minute drive from downtown Puerto Peñasco, Encántame Towers is poised to reignite the exclusive, secluded tourism in the area harkening back to the way Rocky Point was in years past.

With the development breaking ground soon, the first owners are expected to get their units in Q3 2020. Onsite amenities will be completed with the first building, with a further two towers being built thereafter resulting in over 300 condos.

To help owners get additional bookings, Casago will add listings to 200 vacation websites, reaching a potential 24 million guests and 11,000 travel agents. Casago’s staff maintains close relationships with local boards and conducts background screenings for renters.
